This is a great store to get your aquatic fix! Tanks are clean and inventory is well stocked. I personally keep freshwater tanks, but the saltwater options are really beautiful too. There's always a friendly and knowledgeable staff person eager to assist. Check it out... Highly recommended!

I do really love Aquatic Specialties. Brian has been so helpful on our past two visits and I think I’ll make an effort to only go on the days I know he works there (Tuesdays & Saturdays, I think he said). I had been to this store many times years ago when their storefront faced towards Williams Blvd. I noticed from Williams it wasn’t in the space anymore and just figured it went out of business. A few weeks I googled “aquarium shops” and I popped up, I was so confused! It’s in the same building but now faces north so I couldn’t see it from Williams. I was so glad to find it again after all these years. I felt a little stupid too. They have a great selection of both fresh water tanks & saltwater tanks, maybe a 50/50 split. Brian is so knowledgeable about tanks maintenance and what fish will take care of what problems. When he is selecting items, he’s trying to get you the best of the best, just as if he was taking it home to his own collection. The price might be slightly more than the PetSmart/Petcos but I think you’re getting more expertise service and I think maybe a better quality animal too. I’m a fan of this independent store and I’ll get my fish from here over the big bo
